Stop clicking “Request a Review” one order at a time.
Amazon gives every seller a Request a Review button in Seller Central. It works, it’s compliant, and it sends in the buyer’s own language. The problem is that it takes three clicks per order — and if you’re selling well, that’s hours a month spent clicking.
Zonmaster does it for you. Turn it on once, and every eligible order gets a review request automatically.
It uses Amazon’s own system
This isn’t a workaround. Zonmaster triggers the same Request a Review action you’d click yourself in Seller Central, through Amazon’s official API.
That means: no third-party email templates, no risk of language that breaches Amazon’s buyer-seller messaging policy, and no worrying about which language the buyer speaks — Amazon handles that.
What it does by default
Switch it on and Zonmaster will:
- Request a review for every order delivered between 5 and 30 days ago, Amazon’s permitted window
- Skip refunded and returned orders automatically
- Send in the buyer’s native language, because Amazon writes the email
- Never send twice for the same order
You don’t have to configure anything. The defaults are the settings that work for most sellers.
When you want more control
Some sellers do want to narrow it down. You can:
Set your own delay. Prefer to wait until an order’s been delivered 15 days before asking? Set it. Anywhere between 5 and 30 days.
Choose which products to include or exclude. Select by SKU — either the SKUs you want requests sent for, or the ones you want left out. Useful if you have a product with a known quality issue, or one you’d rather not draw attention to yet.
Our honest advice: don’t narrow it unless you have a specific reason. Like most things on Amazon, the defaults perform best.
What you should know
You don’t control the email. Amazon writes it and Amazon sends it. That’s the trade-off for a process Amazon fully endorses — and it’s why the message arrives in the right language every time.
Review requests count towards your monthly send allowance. If your plan includes 500 sends, that’s 500 emails or review requests combined. Your dashboard shows the split.
You should stop sending your own review-request emails. Amazon introduced this feature to bring the process under its control, and it enforces the rules. Emails to buyers should carry genuinely useful information about their order — not a request for a review. This has been Amazon’s position for years; the difference now is that they act on it.
Included in every plan
Automatic review requests are part of Zonmaster on every plan, including the free one. No add-on, no upgrade required.
Zonmaster has been building review and feedback tools for Amazon sellers since 2016, and running automatic review requests since Amazon launched the feature in 2020.
