Zonmaster vs Feedback Genius

Two tools that automate Amazon review requests. Two very different ways of charging for it.

If you’re comparing review automation tools, this is the comparison that matters most: Feedback Genius prices on how much you sell. Zonmaster prices on how much you send. Everything else follows from that.

We’ve written this as fairly as we can, including the cases where Feedback Genius is the better choice.

The pricing difference

Feedback Genius, part of Seller Labs, sets your price by your last month’s Amazon revenue. As your sales grow, your bill grows with them.

Zonmaster charges by how many emails and review requests you send each month. Grow from $50,000 a month to $5 million and your price doesn’t move.

$2.5M – $10M$149.99$9.99 – $29.99

Zonmaster’s top plan is $29.99 a month and covers 100,000 emails and review requests, 10 seller accounts and 500 ASIN monitors. There is no tier above it, and no revenue band that moves you into one.

Where Feedback Genius is the better choice

If you’re selling under $30,000 a month, Feedback Genius is free — and their free tier includes the full product. Zonmaster’s free plan covers 150 emails a month and one seller account, which is enough to try it but not to run a growing business on.

If you want PPC management and profit analytics in the same place, Seller Labs sells Ad Genius and Profit Genius alongside Feedback Genius, with a bundle discount. Zonmaster does reviews, feedback and seller email. We don’t touch advertising or profitability analysis, and we’re not planning to.

If A/B testing your email templates matters to you, Feedback Genius has it built in. We don’t.

Where Zonmaster is the better choice

If you’re selling well. Above roughly $20,000 a month, Zonmaster costs less — and the gap widens the more you sell. At $2.5M–$10M a month you’d pay Feedback Genius $149.99 and Zonmaster $29.99.

If you want your bill to be predictable. Revenue-banded pricing means a good quarter raises your software costs. Send-based pricing means you know what you’ll pay.

If you want a tool that does one thing. Zonmaster isn’t a suite. Since 2016 we’ve built review requests, feedback monitoring, seller email and ASIN alerts, and not much else.

What both tools do

Both automate Amazon’s Request a Review, both handle seller feedback requests, both monitor reviews and alert you, both work across marketplaces, and both offer a free trial with no credit card — 14 days with Feedback Genius, 15 with Zonmaster.

Neither of us controls what Amazon’s review request email says. Nobody does. That’s Amazon’s message, sent in the buyer’s own language, and it’s the compliant way to ask. See how Zonmaster’s automatic review requests work.

The short version

Under $30,000 a month in sales, take their free tier. It’s more generous than ours.

Above that, run the numbers on your own revenue band. If you’re growing, the difference compounds.

Pricing correct as of August 2026. Feedback Genius is a Seller Labs product; we’ve taken their pricing from sellerlabs.com and have no affiliation with them. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we’ll fix it.
