FeedbackWhiz is a well-built, long-established tool. The thing to understand before comparing prices is that it isn’t one product — it’s three, and they’re billed separately.
We’ve written this as fairly as we can, including the cases where FeedbackWhiz is the better choice.
The pricing difference
Both tools charge by how many emails and review requests you send. That makes them directly comparable — so here they are, side by side.

FeedbackWhiz’s Professional plan is unlimited, so above 100,000 sends a month it eventually wins on volume alone. Below that, the gap is wide and consistent.
Three subscriptions, not one
FeedbackWhiz splits its product into FW Emails, FW Alerts and FW Profits. Review requests are in Emails. Product review monitoring and listing alerts are in Alerts, priced by how many products you watch. Profit analytics are in Profits.
So a seller who wants 5,000 review requests a month and monitoring on 50 products pays for two subscriptions:

Where FeedbackWhiz is the better choice
If you sell on Walmart. FeedbackWhiz covers Walmart alongside Amazon. Zonmaster is Amazon only, and we have no plans to change that.
If you send more than 100,000 a month. Their Professional and Ultimate plans are unlimited. Our top plan covers 100,000, and above that you’d need to talk to us.
If you want profit and expense accounting in the same login. FW Profits handles COGS, expenses and settlement reporting properly. That’s a real product, and it isn’t what we do.
If A/B testing your email templates matters to you. They have it. We don’t.
Where Zonmaster is the better choice
If you’re a small or mid-sized seller. At 5,000 sends a month you’d pay $40 there and $9.99 here. Add product monitoring and it’s $60 against $9.99.
If you sell across several marketplaces. FeedbackWhiz caps marketplaces by plan — 3 on Starter, 8 on Basic, 15 on Professional. Only their $140 Ultimate plan is unlimited. We don’t cap marketplaces on any paid plan.
If you run more than one seller account. Ours are published and included: 2 on Basic, 5 on Power, 10 on the ZonMaster plan. FeedbackWhiz asks you to email them for pricing.
If you want a permanent free plan. Both offer a free trial — 30 days there, 15 here. But our free plan doesn’t expire: 150 emails or review requests a month, one seller account, for as long as you want it.
What both tools do
Both automate Amazon’s Request a Review button, both send custom emails through Buyer-Seller Messaging, both monitor seller feedback and product reviews, both support the major Amazon marketplaces, and both let you exclude buyers who’ve returned or complained.

If you sell on Walmart as well as Amazon, or you need accounting in the same tool, FeedbackWhiz does more than we do.
If you’re an Amazon seller who wants review requests, feedback monitoring and listing alerts, you’ll pay several times more there than here for the same volume. Work out what you actually send each month and compare the two lines.
