Zonmaster vs Helium 10 Follow-Up
One is a thirty-tool suite with an email tool inside it. The other is just the email tool.
Follow-Up is Helium 10’s email automation tool. It’s good. It is also not sold on its own — to use it you buy the whole Helium 10 platform, and in 2026 the entry price for that went up.
So this comparison is really one question: is Follow-Up the only Helium 10 tool you actually open? If it isn’t, stay where you are — we say so plainly below. If it is, you’re paying suite money for an autoresponder.
What the email tool costs you
Helium 10’s free plan doesn’t include Follow-Up, and the $39 Starter plan that used to be the cheap way in was retired during 2026. Platinum is now the entry point.

Put another way: on Platinum you’re paying about $26 per thousand emails, and that’s assuming you use the other twenty-nine tools. Zonmaster’s top plan is $29.99 for 100,000 emails and review requests, 10 seller accounts and 500 ASIN monitors. There is no tier above it.
Where Helium 10 is the better choice
If you use the research tools. Cerebro and Magnet are the best reverse-ASIN and keyword tools on the market, and Black Box is a serious product finder. Zonmaster does no product research, no keyword research and no listing optimisation. If you open Cerebro even twice a month, Helium 10 is worth the subscription and this page isn’t for you.
If you’re still learning. Freedom Ticket and the Helium 10 Academy come bundled. We don’t have anything comparable.
If you sell on Walmart or TikTok Shop. Helium 10 covers those marketplaces. Zonmaster is Amazon only.
If you want PPC automation in the same login. We don’t touch advertising and aren’t planning to.
Where Zonmaster is the better choice
If Follow-Up is the only tab you open. Plenty of sellers do their research once, settle on a catalogue, and then spend the next two years using one feature. If that’s you, you’re paying $129 a month for a $29.99 job.
If 5,000 emails a month isn’t enough. On Platinum, growth in order volume pushes you toward a $359 plan for more email headroom. Zonmaster’s ceiling is 100,000 a month at $29.99.

If you’d rather not sign an annual contract. Helium 10’s best pricing needs annual billing, and annual plans aren’t refundable after the first month. Zonmaster is month to month. Cancel from your account settings and you stop being billed — no email to support, no retention call.
What both tools do
Both automate Amazon’s Request a Review. Both handle seller feedback requests, monitor reviews and alert you, and both work across marketplaces. Both offer a free trial without a credit card.
One thing worth saying out loud, because no tool can change it: Amazon has steadily tightened what a seller may say to a buyer. Custom promotional messages, discount offers, listing links and review-gating language are all out. Request a Review — Amazon’s own message, in the buyer’s own language — is the part that reliably still works, and it is what both tools are really built around now. The short version
Open your Helium 10 account and look at which tools you used last month. If the answer is more than Follow-Up, keep the subscription — you’re getting your money’s worth.
If the answer is Follow-Up and nothing else, you can have that job done for $29.99 a month with twenty times the email allowance. Keep the free Helium 10 plan for the odd Xray lookup.
