Zonmaster vs StarQuester

The same prices, tier for tier. Very different amounts of software.

StarQuester is a new tool built specifically for automating Amazon review requests. It launched in 2026, it does that one job, and it charges $9.99, $19.99 and $29.99 a month to do it.

Those are our prices too, to the cent. So the only useful question is what each one includes.

At $29.99 they include 10,000 review requests a month. We include 100,000.

They do offer a $69.99 plan with 40,000 requests and 15 seller accounts. Our largest plan is $29.99.

Where StarQuester is the better choice

If you want one feature and nothing else. StarQuester automates the Request a Review button and stops there. No templates to write, no monitoring dashboards, no settings you’ll never open. There’s real value in software that does one thing, and if a fuller tool would just get in your way, theirs is cleaner.

If you need more than 10 seller accounts. Their $69.99 plan covers 15. Ours tops out at 10, and beyond that you’d need to talk to us.

If you want a 30-day trial rather than 15 days. Theirs is twice as long, and neither asks for a card.

Where Zonmaster is the better choice

If you sell outside the US, Canada, UK or Japan. Those are the four marketplaces StarQuester supports. We support more than twenty, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, India, Australia, Singapore, Mexico and Brazil. If you sell anywhere in Europe outside the UK, StarQuester can’t help you.

If you want more requests for the same money. Between two and a half and ten times as many, depending on the tier.

If you want to know when something goes wrong. Review requests are one part of protecting your ratings. We also monitor your seller feedback and alert you when it turns negative, watch your product reviews, and track your listings for price changes, Buy Box loss, hijackers and title or image edits. StarQuester does none of this.

If you want your own emails as well. Automated Request a Review is compliant and effective, but it’s Amazon’s message. We also let you send your own templates through Buyer-Seller Messaging, targeted by product, timing and order status.

If a track record matters. We’ve been doing this since 2016 — through Amazon’s move from MWS to SP-API, the end of incentivised reviews, and every communications policy change since. StarQuester’s first blog post is dated 2026. Amazon changes the rules regularly, and a tool that goes quiet when the API shifts costs you reviews.

What both tools do

Both connect to your seller account through Amazon’s official authorisation, both automate the Request a Review button on a schedule you set, both give you a dashboard of orders and what’s been sent, and both offer a free trial with no credit card.

Neither of us controls what Amazon’s review request email says. Nobody does. That’s Amazon’s message, sent in the buyer’s own language, and it’s the compliant way to ask. See how Zonmaster’s automatic review requests work.

The short version

If you sell only in the US, Canada, UK or Japan and want nothing but review request automation, StarQuester is a clean, focused tool at a fair price.

If you sell in Europe, want more requests for the same money, or want feedback and listing monitoring alongside them, you’ll get considerably more here for the same monthly spend.
